Regretted not checking reviews before step in the shop, totally waste of money. If crave for teppanyaki, I would rather go back to Yaki Yaki Bo at Nex. Passed by many times but hesitate to give a try as I saw the food served to other customer is not so appetizing. Today the boys wanted to have teppanyaki for dinner and happened we were at bugis junction. Is was totally a wrong move. Please don't order the prawn set, it is prawns mixed with the so call teppanyaki sauce, no sizzling aroma, tasteless except saltish. Beef set also not up to the standard. The counter staff who took my order gave me the kind of look that I am not welcomed to dine in. The chef were so forgetful, they asked me if our orders want chilli or not every 5 minutes. My prawn was being served only after the boys finished their beef set. What an unpleasant meal!!!

Very bad taste. Food quality tasted like Food court standard. Literally not worth the $13 dollars. Prawn is definitely frozen prawns. Worst teppanyaki ever.

There’s no instructions on how they operate. You need to order & pay at the counter first before joining the queue. But don’t be too happy when you see no queue, that probably means you might wait longer as they let people in by groups of …

GOD AWFUL FOOD HERE!‼️‼️ 1. Oh dear - the amount of salt they added. It was such an unpleasant sight to watch them dump a huge serving of it onto allll the ingredients. That is something I could never get over. It was really really repulsive, not joking. 2. The dirt on the table. I realised some tables were dirtier than the others, and some chefs put in more effort to clean one area, than another, so that is….. interesting. And of course they reuse the dirty cloths…. such professional service! 3. The hard and chewy meat that felt like I was a dog ripping meat off a bone. My grandma isn’t even that tough 😂😂. 4. Quality compared to price, do I even need to say anything? Small and terrible food for 30$$, insane, WHY PAY EXTRA TO SEE CHEFS COOK? I’ve waited a couple of minutes to see if I throw up or anything, but thankfully I didn’t, however the salt. The damn taste is still stuck in my mouth. My fault to not check the harsh reviews before coming. Do me a favour, never come here!

Didn't notice the instruction that we had to order first before queue. They should have just make a queue to the counter to make payment. It didn't make sense to make payment then queue. Got the seats a bit at the corner waiting for the order to be served. It took more than 30 minutes for the foods to be ready and because I was seated at the corner, the vegetables serving was missed while the chef served for all. The chef wanted to clean mine, I said no because my vegetable has not been served. Saw how they cleaned the table, the black towel was dirty inside already and reused for a number of time. It was too long that I finished my rice with bean sprouts teppan. The beefs were not tender, unable to chew them in, most of them. Will not come again the second time.
