Can't even get through to the number. When the call connects, just hear a high pitch ringing tone for one minute before the call cuts off. My bag has been sent here for warranty repair for 3 weeks with no response. I just want my bag repaired!

There is no price tag for Native shoes. Am I supposed to take the shop assistant's word on what the price is? Is there no transparency in pricing? Isn't there a law to protect consumers?

Their online business is not operating with customer service in mind. No proper return/exchange policy can be found; emailed multiple times for a way to exchange unsuitable purchased product but no response.

This feedback is about the Bratpack website not a store. Not recommended to buy from the website. Poor customer service. I received wrong items, emailed twice and got no answer, chat from online is unhelpful as well, just a robot that keeps repeating the same thing.
