The lady working there has a very bad attitude. She heard the order wrongly herself and still accused the customer of not speaking properly. Repeated the order twice somemore. The waffle tasted horrible, dry and hard, totally inedible!

I bought a waffle (Bugis outlet) and realised it was undercooked, so we returned to the shop to clarify. However, the staff (the aunty at the counter) was very dismissive. She said that 'all the words came out from my mouth, it doesn't matter,' and refused to even look at the waffle before throwing it away. Although she later made a new waffle for us, her attitude throughout the whole interaction was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We hope this issue can be looked into to improve customer service.
