MaMa cakes brings a heart-warming blend of Hong Kong tong sui and Eastern European baking to Golden Mile Food Centre. Set up by a son for his mother, the stall is built around family recipes and a genuine love for homestyle desserts. It is particularly known for its sernik — a Polish baked cheesecake — alongside classic Hong Kong sweet soups that offer comforting flavours for any time of day. The menu also features a rotating selection of cakes and traditional Chinese desserts, with options for both dine-in and takeaway. Prices remain refreshingly affordable, making it an easy choice for a mid-afternoon treat or a post-lunch pick-me-up. The stall operates daily, closing in the late afternoon, so arriving early is advisable. MaMa cakes is a lovely reminder that some of the best hawker food comes from the heart — a modest Golden Mile gem where mum's cooking takes centre stage.Based on 22 Google reviews
