Gave my phone to the lady in the shop to repair. She tinkered around for about 20 minutes and then gave it back, saying "Sorry, I don't know how." OK, fair, no problem. I asked her whether there were any other repair shops nearby, and she waved her hand in my face, saying "I don't know," and brushed past me to leave her shop. Umm, OK? I asked the same question to the shopkeeper next door and he pointed me to a repair shop just 50 steps away. They fixed my phone in 10 minutes. No worries if you can't fix a phone, but surely it won't harm you to point out a different shop nearby.
