Super rude lady at the store, Nur Shirah. Like a person not wanting to work. Attitude problem when my wife asked her if she could pay by paywave. She explained in an impatient way that it was down. Please remove her from the store. Would never go back if she's there.

The staff at this outlet are indeed very rude and unpleasant to customers. Every single one of them. I don't understand why because most customers do not even ask them for any help or information. They will glare or stare at customers browsing in the store. Even when I buy and when I pay them money, they can show attitude, like we are the cause of their misery... really unfortunate. Their job is not that difficult they should be more positive. The outlet at Raffles City is much different and better. NBC is my childhood Japanese stationery store. The staff in the past 10 over years ago were never this negative.
