Visited on 18 Apr 23 evening to buy a ring. The sales lady is less than friendly. I asked for a size smaller, she rudely told me off 'that's why I'm asking you loose or very loose'. I was like, what the hell, how would I gauge before trying. Basic manners is not even there, not to mention customer service.

Staff are friendly and helpful. However, Pandora's options for localised charms are extremely poor quality in this country. Do not recommend unless you want a £75 durian charm (each to their own!).
