Rude Indian lady staff wearing spectacles - couldn't hear what she said since she's wearing a mask, so I asked her to repeat herself. She became very impatient and replied in a very insincere tone. On top of that, her Indian accent was quite thick and she wasn't good at giving a proper explanation. This almost created some minor miscommunications. Chinese man cashier staff was friendly. However, he needs to learn how to calm down, not rush, and explain to the customer the breakdown of the orders properly. He was also literally shouting orders to the other 2 Indian lady staff right in front of customers, while repeating and confirming our orders 3 times - he appeared confused while trying to multi-task. Food was okay. New creations on the menu are not always tasty, but their signature subs, nuggets and cookies are highly recommended. Decent sauces which pair pretty well with the subs. I don't know if there's a SOP, but the sub I ordered from this outlet had minimal protein and a lot of vegetables. The ratio simply doesn't seem right. Main problem in this Bugis outlet is the staff's communication skills - major room for improvement.
