Insofar as Vadai is concerned, this is my favourite. Among the varieties of vadai, their prawn vadai is the best I feel. The dough is chewy, light and soft. The prawn is of quite a decent size and fresh. I have never failed to at least sink my teeth into one whenever I am at this Food Centre.

I had a prawn dish that arrived piping hot, which really brought out it's rich, savory flavor. The texture was spot on, crisp on the outside, tender inside and best of all, it wasn’t oily or soggy. Absolutely loved it

Decided to give this vadai a try and we ordered 3 different flavours to try. All were very good, as they were made fresh and ate at the hawker centre. Special mention for the crispy, yet soft on the inside dough. Service was slow though, due to the manual process, and that took some shine off the product.

This is delicious!! The vadai is like a savoury shrimp donut. Omg. So good. It was so fresh and hot. There was a small line. She didn’t accept a $10 bill.
