A wide selection of messenger bags, sling bags, travel backpacks, water bottles etc in the only physical store solely dedicated to Timbuk2 items. Size selection is available in small, medium and large sizes and the bag can fit a 14 inch laptop plus other essential items for office purpose or day out with friends! Product is very useful for handling several essential items given the huge amount of space and compartments for storage. Warranty is also lifetime, which covers issues with the stitches, zips and buckles after the purchase period. Really love this store for selling the type of messenger bag I enjoy wearing when going for a day out!

Excellent customer service by Yi Hung at Timbuk2. He understood my needs immediately and recommended several suitable bags for me to try. The experience was smooth, attentive, and genuine. I intended to buy one bag and ended up purchasing two—very satisfied with the service.
